Attorney Surinder K. Virk is an experienced lawyer and admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and California. Ms. Virk is admitted to the US District Court in both New York and New Jersey, as well as US Tax Court and US Bankruptcy Court. She is admitted to practice before the Unites States Supreme Court.
A graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, she holds certificates in Tax Law and Health Law. Additionally, Ms. Virk holds a graduate degree in Epidemiology and an undergraduate degree in Biology from the State University New York at Buffalo. She is fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and spoken Urdu.
